ALLU SAAG, make it ALL in a microwave!
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Cube 600g potato & place in a microwave safe dish
Add 1 pack Allu Saag Tarka & mix
Add 600g frozen diced spinach & mix
Cover & microwave for 25 min
(If you are using FRESH spinach, then mix Tarka just with cubed potato, & microwave for 10 min first. THEN mix in diced fresh spinach & microwave a further 10 min)
Garnish & serve
