MUNG DHAL, make it ALL in a slow cooker!
Rinse & drain mung beans in the pack & place in a slow cooker
Add 1 pack Mung Dhal Tarka & mix through evenly
Add 7 cups boiling water and stir through
Place lid & cook on high for 3 – 4 hrs till really soft. No need to stir!
Mix in 2 tbsp chopped coriander
Garnish & serve with breads, naan, parota or basmati rice
