Scrambled tofu dishes are an excellent alternative to the traditional egg based all day breakfast / brunch. Tofu based alternatives however often lack the depth of flavour which makes them less than appetising.

PREP

Scrambled tofu masala can be prepped in bulk simply by cooking the tofu with the Mattar Tofu Tarka in a non-stick fry pan, microwave or an oven and then refrigerated. 

To make an order, simply sauté select veges (capsicum, mushroom, tomato, peas, red onion) and add 100g prep scrambled tofu masala.

Serve with a selection of breads / panini / quinoa / couscous/ grilled veges / fresh fruit / avocado / fries – dress and garnish.
