Indian Vegan Tasting & Workshop

Description

Come along to an evening of authentic Indian cuisine.

The tasting & workshop will cover the essentials of cooking authentic curries & dhals using MASALA KING products – perfect, every time!

Cafe Agora, 13 Kent St, Frankton  –  Friday 10 August, 6pm to 8pm

MAINS TASTING

Punjabi Chole – chickpea curry from the Punjab cuisine

Dhal Gharwali – red lentil homestyle dhal from the Northern regions

Allu Mirchi – potato & capsicum curry from the Delhi region

Mattar Tofu – scrambled tofu & pea curry inspired from the Kashmir region

Try all mains to your heart’s content, served with basmati rice & naan

All drinks are BYO (wine, fruit juice, kamboucha)

WORKSHOP

You will be shown a demo of just how easy it is to make these authentic dishes at home, using the Masala King range of products

There will be specials on the night, and prizes to win. We will have our full range on display for you to choose for your taste bud’s delight
