Kashmiri Rajma are made with red kidney beans & hail from the Kashmir valley. This premium Kashmiri Rajma Tarka gravy base will get you to make this traditional dish perfect, every time! This dish is enticing as it is aromatic.
Simply boil the Tarka gravy with water in a fry pan & add to red kidney beans that have been cooked in a slow cooker – it’s that easy!
This Tarka can get you to make either a DRY dish ideal for salads, wraps and pita pockets, or a GRAVY dish that goes great with basmati rice, naan or breads.
NB: If you want to make a GRAVY dish, you can add all the water at the beginning while cooking the red kidney beans. Once the rajma is cooked, add creams slowly as required to reach the right consistency.
