Madras Seasoning is specifically designed to work in with Madras Masala (Curry Paste) to give you an extra kick whilst allowing you full control.
NB: Madras Seasoning is not required for MILD curries.
For 1kg Madras Masala Pack: use 35g Madras Seasoning for MEDIUM or 70g for a HOT curry.
For 3kg Madras Masala Pack: use 105g (1 packet) Madras Seasoning for MEDIUM or 210g (2 packets) for a HOT curry.
