Makhani Seasoning is specifically designed to work in with Makhani Masala (Curry Paste) to give you an extra kick whilst allowing you full control.
NB: Makhani Seasoning is not required for MILD curries.
For 1kg Makhani Masala Pack: use 35g Makhani Seasoning for MEDIUM or 70g for a HOT curry.
For 3kg Makhani Masala Pack: use 105g (1 packet) Makhani Seasoning for MEDIUM or 210g (2 packets) for a HOT curry.
