Mung Dhal is made with mung beans & is a go to comfort food around India. This kit includes raw mung beans & a premium Mung Dhal Tarka gravy to make this traditional dhal perfect, every time! This dhal is delish with exquisite flavours.
Simply add water & the Tarka gravy to dry mung beans & cook in a slow cooker – it’s that easy!
This Tarka can get you to make either a DRY dhal ideal for salads, wraps and pita pockets, or a GRAVY dhal that goes great with basmati rice, naan or breads.
NB: If you want to make a GRAVY dhal, you can add all the water at the beginning and cook. Once the dhal is cooked, add creams slowly as required to reach the right consistency.
