This Masala can get you to make either a DRY curry ideal for salads, wraps and pita pockets, or a GRAVY curry that goes great with basmati rice, naan or breads.

NB: If you want to make a GRAVY curry, it is best to make a DRY curry first, to help infuse the spices. Then add water and creams slowly to build the gravy.
