Punjab Seasoning is specifically designed to work in with Punjab Masala (Curry Paste) to give you an extra kick whilst allowing you full control.
NB: Punjab Seasoning is not required for MILD curries.
For 1kg Punjab Masala Pack: use 35g Punjab Seasoning for MEDIUM or 70g for a HOT curry.
For 3kg Punjab Masala Pack: use 105g (1 packet) Punjab Seasoning for MEDIUM or 210g (2 packets) for a HOT curry.
